Ingredients

  • 4 egg yolks
  • 4 tsp (20 ml) sugar
  • 4 Tbsp (60 ml) marsala

Directions

  1. Over a double boiler, combine egg yolks, sugar, and Marsala.
  2. Whisk until mixture thickens to the consistency of pudding. Be careful not to scramble the eggs.
  3. Remove from heat. Serve warm in a wine glass or with desired toppings.
